What happens when my trial expires?
Your site automatically falls back to the Free plan. All Pro features are disabled, but your toolbar, scan history, and settings remain intact. Nothing breaks.
Can I keep using LEWCA for free?
Yes. The Free plan is genuinely free forever. It includes the accessibility toolbar with 40+ features, basic WCAG scanning, font and spacing controls, contrast modes, color filters, reading guide, keyboard navigation, and the accessibility statement generator. No time limit.
How does billing work?
Pro renews annually. If you have a payment method on file, renewal is automatic. If not, you’ll receive a reminder email before your subscription expires. Lifetime plans are a one-time payment and never renew.
What support do I get?
Free users get community support. Pro users get priority email support with a 24-hour response target. Lifetime users get priority support for 2 years, then community support.

Yes. Pro is available in yearly and lifetime plans, with volume discounts based on total sites. Personal (1-2 sites): $249/yr or $599 lifetime per site. Business (3-9 sites): $199/yr or $479 lifetime per site. Agency (10-24 sites): $149/yr or $359 lifetime per site. Enterprise (25-50 sites): $119/yr or $289 lifetime per site. You can mix yearly and lifetime sites on one license. For 50+ sites, contact us for custom pricing. All plans include the same full Pro feature set.
Are there limits on AI fixes?
Pro includes a generous fair-use allocation of AI-powered fixes. For most sites, this covers all identified issues. Extremely large sites may need to batch fixes across multiple scan cycles.
Are there limits on scanning?
Free users can run manual scans at any time. Pro users get scheduled automatic scans (hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly) plus unlimited manual scans.
What does the Lifetime plan include?
All current and future Pro features, forever, on every licensed site. Lifetime licenses are available for 1, 3, 10, or 25 sites ($599 / $1,437 / $3,590 / $7,225 one-time), and multi-site licenses follow the same volume-discount tiers as yearly Pro. Priority support is included for the first 2 years; community support after that. One payment, no renewals, and all future Pro features are included at no additional cost.
